I was a professional bodybuilder. Six meals a day. Three sessions a day. Cutting out everything I enjoyed. My relationship suffered. My energy was low for months at a time. And after every competition, I'd binge on everything I'd restricted. I looked incredible on stage. I wasn't healthy. I wasn't happy.

In 2017 I decided there had to be a different way. I started including the foods I enjoyed within my weekly calories. I just made sure I accounted for them. Nine years on, I still have visible abs and muscle. I eat chocolate, desserts, and eat out at weekends. I travel. I have a full schedule. I train a maximum of five hours a week.
